How does the free trial work?

Your first case or project is on us! Sign up and process one file from start to finish for free. Afterward, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue processing new cases. No credit card is required to start.

How is my pricing tier determined?

Your per-case rate is based on the number of new cases you initiate in a given calendar month. The rate for that month is applied to all new cases within it. If your volume changes next month, you'll automatically get the rate for that new tier.

What does the monthly "until resolved" fee cover?

The small monthly fee per case covers ongoing costs like data storage, client communication, and monitoring. It is charged each month a case is active and stops the moment you mark the case as resolved or closed in the system.
