How does the free trial work?

Your first case is on us! Sign up and process one case from start to finish for free to experience the full power of Sentinel. Afterward, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue processing new cases. No credit card is required to start your first case.

How is my pricing tier determined?

Your per-case rate is based on the number of new cases you initiate in a given calendar month. The rate for that month is applied to all new cases within it. If your volume changes next month, you'll automatically get the rate for that tier.

What does "until resolved" mean?

The small monthly fee per case covers ongoing costs like data storage, client communication, and monitoring. It is charged each month a case is active and stops the moment you mark the case as resolved or closed in the system.

Is my data secure?
